Program assurance ensures risks are being managed, resources are used efficiently, and expected benefits are realised. Our independent assurance capability and experience ranges from standard gated reviews and health checks to complex assurance reviews for large ICT programs.
How we do it
We have a strong track record of delivering professional services to Queensland Government departments and agencies. We bring our knowledge of whole-of-government frameworks like Queensland gated assurance and QGEA artifacts to support project teams and create the conditions for successful project delivery. Our gateway review services offer a vendor-neutral approach that draws on deep experience in digital transformation projects.
Our independent assurance capability and experience ranges from standard gate reviews and health checks undertaken to identify opportunities to improve program delivery, to complex assurance reviews for large ICT programs valued at hundreds of millions of dollars, as well as for smaller, bespoke systems.
