Senior Manager, Mainaaz Oakley, is a strategic leader with experience advising on public policy, programs and project delivery.​

Mainaaz has extensive experience working across governments, both at the state and federal level, providing advice to senior leadership on government priorities and initiatives. ​

She has worked as a Senior Policy Advisor to a former Queensland Treasurer where she provided advice on the financial and service delivery performance of government departments and agencies. ​

Evinact Associate Partner John Kimlin brings over 40 years of experience across surveying, technology, and professional services, with a particular focus on strategy, business development, and growth in complex markets. He holds a GAICD from the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has advised business and government leaders throughout his career.

John now works with Evinact to ensure that government investments in data, digital and AI deliver measurable impact and value-for-money outcomes.

Debra is a data and information management subject matter expert, with 20 years’ experience in the development of data and content management strategies, solution design, migration and implementation programs.

Director, Debra Prior, Debra specialises in developing and embedding enterprise class data governance frameworks which support data ownership andalignment with architectural design principles. ​ She brings a strong practical knowledge of regulatory and legislative security requirements relating to privacy and data governance including ISO/IEC 27001,Australian data privacy, SPAM Acts and recordkeeping.

Before joining Evinact, Debra focused on asset intensive industries such as mining, energy and oil and gas. She has significant experience working withtechnology transformation programs. This has included re-design and consolidation of ERP solutions, large-scale content management integrations and enablement of engineering-basedcapabilities for asset management, GIS and digital twins​

Finance and Administration Assistant Jen Coulthard is a versatile and enthusiastic business support professional experienced in providing exceptional administrative support and customer service. Highly organised and adaptable, Jen brings over 15 years’ of administration experience to the Evinact team.

Mandi has worked in accounting and finance roles in industries including communications, insurance, mining, retail business and advertising. She oversees not only finance and administration but also human resources which includes our training and development, performance management, and wellness programs at Evinact.

Manager, Tom Magarey, is focused on setting organisations up for long term success by aligning ICT and information assets with corporate strategy and optimising systems to enable effective information capture and sharing, appropriate data governance, data analysis, management reporting and workforce efficiency.

Over his career Tom has worked in a variety of roles in information and communication technology as a business and system analyst, data engineer, project manager, ICT manager, system administrator, application developer and trainer.​

Partner, Tim Sheehan, has managed evidence-based large-scale data and digital transformation projects involving the strategic update of cloud, product, data driven initiatives.​

Tim possesses a high degree of understanding of the strategy and execution of data-driven initiatives and is an expert in analytics and data storytelling.​ Tim also brings extensive experience in using a mixture of data and technology to solve business problems and unlock the potential in his client’s data. Tim’s considerable experience covers a wide range of industries including banking and finance, retail, NFP’s, higher education and environment.​​

Senior Manager, Nishant Monga, comes with years of experience in global consulting firms and has honed his stakeholder management and business analysis skills. He has also co-authored thought-leadership pieces on various topics, including investment attractiveness of countries, macro-economic analysis and emerging global trends.​

Nishant is an experienced consultant with close to 10 years of experience within the professional services sector with a focus on data transformation, data strategy, data management and governance, strategic advisory, macroeconomic analysis and business research across state and local governments, banking and insurance, not-for-profit, and telecoms.​

CEO, Neil Makepeace, is known for his desire to make a difference. He is passionate about the power of data and information to give leaders the evidence and confidence they need to make wise decisions and ultimately drive business and social value.​

Neil has worked extensively as an executive leader in ICT development, strategic planning and design, enterprise information management and multi-agency information sharing. He was founding chair of the Open Data Institute Queensland, a non-profit organisation dedicated to creating value in government, business and society through open data. Neil is Board Chair of Autism Queensland, and Board Member of Delta Therapy Dogs and RSPCA Queensland.​

Founder and Chairman, Neil Glentworth, is a peer acknowledged civic data and information expert, specializing in helping others frame the complex in more simple terms. He is driven to improve the human interaction of data and information inputs; he is energetic about the shape of a globally connected, data-driven economy.​

Managing Partner, Michelle Teis is responsible for shaping and executing comprehensive data programs that ensure organisations can harness the power of their data assets to achieve sustainable growth.​

Michelle is a thought leader who works extensively across all dimensions of strategic data management including strategy, architecture and governance, ethics, quality management, analytics, literacy, data exchange, privacy and security. ​She specialises in preparing organisations for a data-driven, digitally enabled future. Michelle’s clients include ASX-listed companies, local, state and federal governments, higher education, non-profit organisations and commercial enterprises in the resources, environment, ICT and financial sectors.​

Blake O’Connell has been involved in numerous large enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems rollouts to transform and replace legacy systems, where he played a pivotal role in the gap analysis, change management activities and post-go-live support.

He has a genuine passion for data and information, and is dedicated to uplifting his skills and knowledge to deliver outstanding solutions for his customers on their transformation journeys. ​​
